Customers will be updated with photos of their request for customised ordered. Please note that the finished product will be final and not be then returned or exchanged.
Full refund or exchange will be processed if the product is damaged in the post. However time frame of the photo must be noted and in comparison to the delivery time.
Please beware that faulty return must be unused and returned in the condition of the photo taken on receipt within 14days.
